Oven Baked Breaded Zucchini Chips
Here’s the last video of our zucchini series so far!! Hopefully these help you find new & delicious ways to use up all your zucchini. This last one is a super quick and easy oven-baked breaded zucchini chip recipe, that is so addictively crunchy on the outside, and soft & creamy on the inside (and this is coming from someone who wasn’t a big fan of zucchini - maybe I just never had it prepared this way!!?!) UPDATED Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread
So it's that time of year again! Lol! Anyone that knows anyone with zucchini plants are now being given all their extra zucchini. We didn't get our seeds planted early enough this year, so I thought we were going to miss out, but a friend of a friend, has been giving us BAGS of them (so many I brought some to my parents' house).
