4 Ingredient Single Serve Protein Cookie
I was feeling like an afternoon snack, and decided to try bake my 4-ingredient protein cookie dough balls into a protein cookie - remember those? I love them as a mix-in in a ninja creami pint. Simply combine, flatten, and bake. And enjoy for your afternoon pick me up! Each one packs about 18-22g of protein. Easy Banana Fudge Thumbprint Cookies
Soft & chewy banana cookie, filled with an easy (but delicious!) 2-ingredient fudge. Simple & perfectly sweet. Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats

Ferrero Rocher Energy Balls

Making chocolate peanut butter ice cream pops is super easy, they're creamy & delicious, AND you DON'T NEED fancy popsicle molds for this recipe either. Have one extra banana kicking around? Make some banana almond flour donut holes! This recipe was adapted from the viral 2 ingredient dough recipes using a banana and self-rising flour. Delicious yet healthy frozen treat thats great for summer (or anytime you have too many bananas). My daughter LOVES these. This recipe kept popping up on my feed, and I was skeptical (I've fallen victim to so many bad 2 or 3-ingredient recipes...have you?) but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Tru Fru Dupe | Blueberry-stuffed-raspberries
Forget buying the expensive trendy chocolate dipped fruit at the store. You can easily make your own at home and totally customize what fruits you use too! Here we used raspberries stuffed with blueberries (like a turducken but with fruit!), but you could easily do strawberries, or frozen pineapple or mango... Healthy 3-Ingredient Rice Crispy Squares
With maple syrup and almond butter, I thought these would be perfect for my kid with braces (instead of sticky marshmallows) & bonus you get to avoid over processed ingredients like corn syrup, they come together super quick, and are endlessly customizable (sub your fav cereal, a diff nut/seed butter or sticky sweetener of choice!!). Chickpea Bark - Sweet Salty & Crunchy!
Sometimes unexpected combos work so beautifully together: If you have some extra chickpeas kicking around, give this a try! Adding crunchy roasted chickpeas creates an amazing sweet salty & crunchy combo. -Lightly spray/coat some drained chickpeas with oil, then roast (we did air fryer at 390F for 20 minutes and they were perfect!). -Then let cool, and add to melted chocolate with a good ol' pinch of flakey sea salt. -Chill until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!!
