Chocolate Mousse “Flower Pot” Cups
Here’s how I made 100 gf/v chocolate mousse “dirt” cups for an easter-themed giveaway last weekend. A rich vegan chocolate mousse layered with gluten free cookie crumbs and topped like a cute little plant pot! https://youtube.com/shorts/QHEBKdp1POM?feature=share I needed 3 of these (video-sized) batches to get 100 cups, but have given you a scaled down version below so you can make 6-8 of these at home (you could even half it to make just 3-4 if you want even fewer). They’d b

Epic GF/V Magic Bars
These bars were made to be chopped up and put into Hello Dolly-inspired NYC/Chunky/Mega cookies at my GF/DF bakery. But I just HAD to give them a taste test for quality assurance purposes ;) and I thought you might like the recipe too. I made the base layer from scratch using my homemade graham cracker recipe that you already have, but pressed it into the 8x8 pan instead of rolling them as thin as possible. Next, layer on your fav chocolate chips, some pecans, and finally the

My Naturally Sweetened Caramel Sprinkles
Today I’m showing you how I make the caramel sprinkles for my bakery, that uses natural sweeteners like coconut sugar and maple syrup (no icing sugar here!). For these sprinkles we use powdered coconut sugar, along with tapioca (to act like the cornstarch that would normally be used), and water & vanilla. Then pipe them out, let them dry, and voila!! Homemade coconut sugar sprinkles. We add these on our salted caramel vanilla cupcakes. INGREDIENTS 1 1/4c ground coconut sugar

Turtle Ice Cream Bark
Let’s make ice cream bark a thing! Like the viral TikTok yogurt bark, but made with ice cream & fun toppings - this one is “turtles” inspired with our caramel-y 2-ingredient date-sweetened ice cream, crispy chocolate, crunchy pecans, and our no cook caramel. You could even use a protein ice cream to boost the protein content (for that, see protein option in ice cream recipe/video. There’s also a lower sugar version and a chocolate option too). Here’s what I used for this bark

This pudding is rich & creamy, high in protein, and secretly healthy - you could eat it for this breakfast (I am!!) And it’s made with tofu! 🤍💖 3-Ingredient Raspberry Truffles
These vibrant little truffles are fresh, fruity, and the perfect no-bake treat 💕 A fun break from classic chocolate truffles! The filling is made with freeze-dried raspberry powder, coconut milk, and vegan white chocolate, then dipped in melted white chocolate and finished with a pretty drizzle + a sprinkle of raspberry powder. Tip: white chocolate is thinner, so I usually do a second dip for that perfect coating ✨ This batch makes 8 one-tablespoon truffles, but feel free to

Healthier Twix/Millionaire Bars
They are essentially the same thing - just fully dip it and it’s a Twix. Either way it’ a three-layered cookie bar with a shortbread cookie base (almond coconut in our case!), a caramel filling (almond butter date caramel!), and chocolate topping. - with Twix" typically being the American term and "Millionaire's Shortbread" being the traditional UK term for the same dessert. Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cups 🍪🥜🍫
We tried Billie Eilish’s ooey gooey PB cookie recipe this week, and they were super delicious, but we had leftover cookie dough (we only baked half the recipe) so my daughter suggested we make Reese peanut butter cups but with the cookie dough ➡️ cookie cups. Super easy no bake recipe, kid friendly, and ended up tasting very much like Reese PB cups (but with the extra choc chips from the cookie dough, and who ever said no to extra choc chips?!?). What you need: 1) some cooki

2-Ingredient Chocolate Yogurt Mousse
This recipe kept popping up on my feed, and I was skeptical (I've fallen victim to so many bad 2 or 3-ingredient recipes...have you?) but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. It's super neat how the texture changes as you stir it. Watch our video to see the magic happen: https://youtube.com/shorts/KkU3izTUKAs INGREDIENTS: -1 cup, chocolate chips/chunks of choice (I used df/v allulose sweetened 70% dark chocolate) -1/2 cup yogurt of choice, cold INSTRUCTIONS: -Melt th

🥐 Viral flattened croissant, but gf & vegan?
Yes, the flattened croissant is totally worth the hype! We finally made one, but gf/df/v. Gluten-free croissants ARE a little fragile, so it was trickier, but in the end it turned out delicious. I love how crispy it gets after cooling. Watch me make it: https://youtube.com/shorts/KA6q7aCkkuc Here’s how we did it: Ingredients: -gluten-free/dairy-free croissants (see note below for sources*) -avocado spray oil, instead of butter -organic maple syrup, instead of brown sugar -veg

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Spice Oreos | DIY Recipe
Now that Nabisco makes gluten-free Golden Oreos, we can make our own Very-Limited Edition GF Pumpkin Spice Oreos. They just add "artificial flavours" and "paprika oleoresin" (for colour), so why can't we? And if you don't have pumpkin spice, we have a recipe for you below. Steps: -gently open your oreos -using a knife scrape the icing into a bowl -add some pumpkin pie spice (and food colour if desired) -mix, then re-ice your oreos. I find the easiest way is to use the back of

Viral Olympic Double Chocolate Muffins | Worth the Hype?
Have you seen these viral Olympic muffins? Swimmer Henrik Christiansen, from Norway, has gone viral on TikTok for his love of the Olympic Village “Choccy Muffin” (essentially a double chocolate muffin stuffed with ganache) We had to make some & see if they’re worth all the hype. And you can too! But ONLY if you’re a HUGE chocolate lover - these have a LOT of chocolate. Miraculous 1-Ingredient CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
I keep seeing these 1 or 2 ingredient chocolate recipes, and sometimes they fail, and sometimes they look delicious - It makes me think, do they really work? And are they any good? So we’re finally giving it a try. Here’s how we’re doing it: Ingredients: 150g dark choc (you want good tasting, high cocao content, good quality choc since this is the only flavour component - I used 70% allulose-sweetened-dark chocolate) 1/2c boiling water (not cold, as some recipe say - we want
