I was craving something between our Millet-Sorghum Sourdough and our Starch-Free Keto Flax Bread — and this easy one-bowl loaf was born! It’s wholesome, hearty, and has a lovely nuttiness from the millet and flax. No starches, gums, or fluff-pretending — just simple, nutrient-dense ingredients. Rainbow Peanut Noodles
But family-style!! My daughter wanted to make rainbow peanut noodles for my birthday dinner, based on a grab-n go noodle bowl we had picked up at Boon Bakery in Owen Sound this past summer. We’re making these today, because it’s July 25, aka Christmas in July, aka an excuse to make holiday recipes like Christmas crack!! I was cravings cauliflower bites after trying a box of store bought ones recently, and really, they aren’t that hard to make at home - pretty fun actually. Plus, for the same cost, you end up with SOOO MANY more. Garlic Bread Cinnamon Rolls | Garlic bread swirls | GF/DF/V
You will need ►Pizza dough (see recipe below ⬇️ or use store bought) ►Garlic butter (recipe below ⬇️) ►Mozzarella cheese (we like to use vegan like Violife for DF/V) Garlic Butter: ►1/4c butter/vegan butter, softened/RT or sub coconut oil or red palm shortening ►1/4c extra virgin olive oil/avocado oil ►1 garlic clove ►1 tsp granulated garlic (dried garlic powder) ►1/2 tsp dried oregano ►1/2 tsp dried parsley ►pinch of sea salt Combine in food processor and blend until smooth
