Mini Triple Chocolate Vegan No Bake Cheesecakes | plus tips without a blender
I loved our vegan strawberry lemon cheesecakes so much, I had to make another one this week, but this time, we’re making a chocolate version, and in mini/single serve form (using a cupcake pan) - you can also double this recipe and make it like normal in a 6” round pan. Healthy Double Chocolate Banana Bread
Made with almond flour! It's gluten-free, grain-free (no oats or rice flour), dairy-free, oil-free, refined sugar free & paleo. It's another great way to use up your ripe bananas!! https://youtu.be/SShII3qDz4A INGREDIENTS: 3 ripe bananas 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 eggs 2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice (we used coconut sweetened ones from Healthy Crunch to keep this refined-sugar-free/paleo).
