š„ Viral flattened croissant, but gf & vegan?
Yes, the flattened croissant is totally worth the hype! We finally made one, but gf/df/v. Gluten-free croissants ARE a little fragile, so it was trickier, but in the end it turned out delicious. I love how crispy it gets after cooling.
