Healthy Mango Sorbet Bars
Inspired by the mango sorbet bars at Costco that my kids love. While I appreciate that the first ingredient is actually mango purée, at $17 for a box of 12 bars, it seemed silly not to make our own. A big bag of frozen mango costs about the same (or less!), it's already peeled and pitted, and it's frozen at peak ripeness. Best of all, these homemade bars couldn't be easier. Day 1 of Healthy Summer Treats: 💛🩵Tropical Smoothie Popsicles #summeronshorts
Let’s make healthy 4 ingredient tropical smoothie popsicles as we kick off a new series of healthy summer treats. -2 cups frozen pineapple -1 cup coconut milk -1/2 cup frozen mango or 1/2 banana -1/2 tsp blue spirulina for swirled (or 1 tsp for fully blue popsicles) Combine frozen fruits and coconut milk and blend until smooth, then add spirulina to half to turn it tropical blue. Add to popsicle molds alternating colours then freeze until set, and enjoy! Makes 16 small popsic
