no oat APPLE CRISP grain-free low-carb vegan
Inspired by my low-carb no-oat oatmeal/porridge recipe that I am still obsessed with & eating on repeat ( https://youtu.be/_BohEHI10is?si=5kO6JYKyvIcUsYGW ), we’re making a crunchy protein-packed (over 12g of protein for 1/4 recipe) ZERO-net-carb crisp topping with a mix of nuts & seeds, and healthy fats. Easy Caramel Apple Bites
