It's fall, so we definitely need to make some pumpkin spice, so we can get to baking some pumpkin spice goodies!! We used it in our healthy Starbucks pumpkin loaf copycat recipe: https://youtu.be/oXrjEA0YGQs Here's how we make ours: 3 tbsp ground cinnamon (we love organic Ceylon cinnamon) 2 tsp ground ginger 2 tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp ground cloves Combine, and store in an airtight container. GF/DF/Paleo/easy Low Carb option INGREDIENTS: -1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling) -3 eggs -3/4c granulated brown sweetener (coconut sugar/brown allulose/brown swerve/etc) -1 tbsp vanilla -2 3/4 cups almond flour -1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice -1 tsp baking soda -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 cup dark chocolate chips of choice INSTRUCTIONS: ►Combine wet, add dry & chocolate chips ►Transfer to parchment lined loaf pan ►Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes (when a toothpick com
