✨🎃 Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread #FallIntoShorts Day 8

GF/DF/Paleo/easy Low Carb option

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

-3 eggs

-3/4c granulated brown sweetener (coconut sugar/brown allulose/brown swerve/etc)

-1 tbsp vanilla

-2 3/4 cups almond flour

-1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

-1 tsp baking soda

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips of choice


INSTRUCTIONS:

►Combine wet, add dry & chocolate chips

►Transfer to parchment lined loaf pan

►Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes (when a toothpick comes out clean). Keep an eye on it near the end - if it starts to look dark on top, cover with foil to prevent burning

►Let cool, slice & enjoy!
