Lemon Olive Oil Cake MELTS in Your Mouth (No Flour, No Refined Sugar)
This might just be my favourite lemon recipe! It’s fluffy and soft, yet moist and so lemony, yet well balanced with the sweet glaze. 🍋 Iced Lemon Loaf | Healthy Starbucks copycat | Vegan & Gluten-Free
We had a taste of summer weather here this week (20 degrees Celcius!! & shorts & t-shirt weather) and I was vibing lemon stuff.
