🥕Carrot Cake Energy Balls #FallIntoShorts Day 4
Gluten-free | Dairy-free | Refined sugar-free | No-bake Makes: 12-14 energy balls Ingredients 1 medium carrot/80g of baby carrots ¾ cup walnuts/pecans, or a mix 5 large (about 73g) soft medjool dates, pitted ¼ cup unsweetened/desiccated coconut ½ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp ginger pinch of nutmeg pinch of sea salt ½ tsp vanilla 2–3 tbsp of your choice to bind & adjust texture: oats (for chewy texture) almond flour (for a rich, cookie-dough feel) coconut flour (for a firmer, lower-carb

Easy Caramel Apple Bites
