🥐🍎 Viral Rice Paper Croissant turned Apple Pastry Pocket | Gluten-Free Genius? 🤨
Could the new viral rice paper croissant recipe work as a stand-in for gluten-free phyllo dough that we can’t find anywhere in Canada. TL/DR: maybe… if you like mochi! (LMK if you have some gf phyllo near you - I’ve heard there’s some available in the UK!!) Here’s what we did, in case you want to try it to. INGREDIENTS: 5 eggs 1/2 cup plant milk 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon -Whisk together ingredients above
