These perfectly crispy, perfectly sweet graham crackers are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, starch-free and can be made sugar-free/low carb too. These are SO UNDER-RATED, OMG! Don’t make these unless you’re prepared to eat the entire batch. 😂😅 Our homemade almond flour graham crackers are perfectly sweet & crunchy, paired with a snappy allulose-sweetened vegan dark chocolate layer, and a marshmallowy layer with added protein - these could be on repeat all summer long. 🍫✨ TIP: try to mix the Coco Whip as little as possible (just enough to get the protein powder mixed in) or it can deflate and get really runny.
