Trying Levain's NEW GF/V Choc Chip Walnut NYC Cookies! #NYC #glutenfree #vegan

We tried the "regular" Levain cookies a few months ago. You can watch that video here:

But this time we wanted to try their gluten-free & vegan NYC Cookie (since I try my best to be gf/df). The website warns that they're crumbly... and they totally are... but watch to the end to see what we think.

Ingredients of their "Vegan & GF Chocolate Chip Walnut":

Plant based butter (made from cashews, almond oil, coconut oil), sugar, egg replacer, water, gf flour, salt, baking powder, walnuts, vegan chocolate.**

**WARNING: their packaging says these are gf/v BUT ARE NOT made in a gf/v facility. If you have severe allergies, I don't think I'd risk it, sorry.
