Chickpea Bark - Sweet Salty & Crunchy!
Sometimes unexpected combos work so beautifully together: If you have some extra chickpeas kicking around, give this a try! Adding crunchy roasted chickpeas creates an amazing sweet salty & crunchy combo. -Lightly spray/coat some drained chickpeas with oil, then roast (we did air fryer at 390F for 20 minutes and they were perfect!). -Then let cool, and add to melted chocolate with a good ol' pinch of flakey sea salt. -Chill until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!! Cookie Bark | GF/V cookie dough recipe below (with low carb option)
If you have pre-made cookies/dough, this is really just a 2-ingredient chocolate bark recipe. If not, feel free to use our go-to gf/v cookie dough recipe⬇️, that we use for most of our choc chip cookie/dough projects. :) 🍫🍪Choc Bark Instructions: 1) Melt your chocoalte, then spread some on your parchment lined tray 2) Top with cookie pieces 3) Top with more melted choc then chill until set 4) Break or slice & enjoy!! 🍪⬇️CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE: 2cups almond flou
