Chickpea Bark - Sweet Salty & Crunchy!

Sometimes unexpected combos work so beautifully together: If you have some extra chickpeas kicking around, give this a try! Adding crunchy roasted chickpeas creates an amazing sweet salty & crunchy combo.
-Lightly spray/coat some drained chickpeas with oil, then roast (we did air fryer at 390F for 20 minutes and they were perfect!).
-Then let cool, and add to melted chocolate with a good ol' pinch of flakey sea salt.
-Chill until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!!
