Meet Nut’ola  — a delicious, crunchy no-oat, no-grain granola ! It’s made mostly from nuts, lightly sweetened, and endlessly customizable. Swap out the almonds or pecans for your favourite nuts or seeds (hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews — go wild!). 🌾 Easy One-Bowl Flax-Millet-Sorghum Bread
I was craving something between our Millet-Sorghum Sourdough and our Starch-Free Keto Flax Bread — and this easy one-bowl loaf was born! It’s wholesome, hearty, and has a lovely nuttiness from the millet and flax. No starches, gums, or fluff-pretending — just simple, nutrient-dense ingredients.
