Meet Nut’ola — a delicious, crunchy no-oat, no-grain granola! It’s made mostly from nuts, lightly sweetened, and endlessly customizable.
Swap out the almonds or pecans for your favourite nuts or seeds (hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews — go wild!). Add cozy spices like 1 tsp cinnamon or chai spice, and mix in whatever you love — dried fruit, cocoa nibs, or chocolate chips.

🌰 Base Granola
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup pecans (or other nuts/seeds), roughly chopped
1 cup large coconut flakes or chips
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
⅓ cup syrup (maple or your favourite)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
🍫 Mix-Ins (add after baking)
¾ cup of your favourites: dried fruit, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, etc
🔥 Directions
1️⃣ Combine everything except your mix-ins in a bowl.
2️⃣ Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
3️⃣ Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 23–27 minutes, until golden.
4️⃣ Let cool slightly, then toss in your mix-ins while still warm.
5️⃣ Store in an airtight container — and enjoy anytime!

✨ Try flavour twists — chai, cinnamon, or cocoa!
✨ Add hemp hearts or sunflower seeds for an extra nutrition boost.
✨ Makes a great topping for yogurt, smoothie bowls, or fruit!
