🤎🍫 Day 14 of Healthy Summer Treats : Healthy Chocolate Fudgsicles #SummerOnShorts
These healthier chocolate banana fudge pops are soft and fudgy and everything you loved in your childhood fudgesicles (but better cuz they’re guiltfree!) Don’t like banana? Or want a lower sugar/carb version check out the tip below. 👇 Fudge Pops: ► 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk (about half a can) ► 2 ripe bananas* (see below for no-banana sub) ► 1/3 cocoa powder ► 3-5 tbsp maple syrup/honey/sweetener ► 2 tsp vanilla ► pinch sea salt Instructions: Combine & mix until smooth P

Day 11 of Healthy Summer Treats: 🍫🥜2-Ingredient Chocolate Freezer Fudge
Super easy, creamy chocolate PB fudge (or sub your fav nut butter!) You’ll need: ►1 cup df/v dark chocolate or chocolate of choice (use s.f. for low-carb/keto!)* ►1 cup peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter or other nut/seed butter of choice* *choose a chocolate & nut butter you love the flavour of, as they are the only ingredients.
