Day 11 of Healthy Summer Treats: 🍫🥜2-Ingredient Chocolate Freezer Fudge

Super easy, creamy chocolate PB fudge (or sub your fav nut butter!)


You’ll need:

►1 cup df/v dark chocolate or chocolate of choice (use s.f. for low-carb/keto!)*

►1 cup peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter or other nut/seed butter of choice*


*choose a chocolate & nut butter you love the flavour of, as they are the only ingredients.


Instructions:

►Combine your chocolate & nut butter in a microwave safe bowl.

►Microwave in 30 second bursts until fully melted, then mix until smooth.

►Transfer to a lined loaf pan and freeze until set

►Then slice & enjoy!
