🤎🍫 Day 14 of Healthy Summer Treats : Healthy Chocolate Fudgsicles #SummerOnShorts

These healthier chocolate banana fudge pops are soft and fudgy and everything you loved in your childhood fudgesicles (but better cuz they’re guiltfree!) Don’t like banana? Or want a lower sugar/carb version check out the tip below. 👇


Fudge Pops:

► 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk (about half a can)

► 2 ripe bananas* (see below for no-banana sub)

► 1/3 cocoa powder

► 3-5 tbsp maple syrup/honey/sweetener

► 2 tsp vanilla

► pinch sea salt


Instructions:

Combine & mix until smooth

Pour into molds & add sticks

Freeze 3+ hours or overnight

Enjoy!!


Tip: If they seem stuck, run the outside of the mold under warm water to loosen fudgesicle.


Optional: dip in melted dark choc!!


*For a no-banana version (if you don’t like bananas or want to make them lower carb), use the full can of coconut milk and add 2-4 more tbsp of sweetener of choice (two bananas is about one cup of liquid and 4 tablespoons of sugar).
