I was craving something between our Millet-Sorghum Sourdough and our Starch-Free Keto Flax Bread — and this easy one-bowl loaf was born! It’s wholesome, hearty, and has a lovely nuttiness from the millet and flax. No starches, gums, or fluff-pretending — just simple, nutrient-dense ingredients.
