Healthy 3-Ingredient Rice Crispy Squares
With maple syrup and almond butter, I thought these would be perfect for my kid with braces (instead of sticky marshmallows) & bonus you get to avoid over processed ingredients like corn syrup, they come together super quick, and are endlessly customizable (sub your fav cereal, a diff nut/seed butter or sticky sweetener of choice!!). They have a similar texture but without the sticky pull. I was quite impressed, though I felt like they took much longer than 30 minutes to set

Healthy Double Chocolate Banana Bread
Made with almond flour! It's gluten-free, grain-free (no oats or rice flour), dairy-free, oil-free, refined sugar free & paleo. It's another great way to use up your ripe bananas!! https://youtu.be/SShII3qDz4A INGREDIENTS: 3 ripe bananas 1/4 cup maple syrup 3 eggs 2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice (we used coconut sweetened ones from Healthy Crunch to keep this refined-sugar-free/paleo).
