🥥💛 Day 28 of Healthy Summer Treats | 2-Ingredient Healthy Dole Whip
Today we’re making Dole-Whip inspired popsicles! They’re so easy to make, and so much better-for-you!! (Have you SEEN the long list of their ingredients?!?) Here’s how we’re making ours:: - 3 cups (420g) 🍍pineapple (fresh or frozen) - 1 cup full fat 🥥 coconut milk Steps: ► Add to your blender/blender jar & blend until smooth ► Pour into popsicle molds (or if you’d like a scoopable ice cream instead- pour into ice cube trays) ► Freeze 3-4 hours until frozen, or overnight

These are so great for summer because: ⭐️ They freeze SUPER solid, and melt slow (so less of a drippy mess for kids), ⭐️⭐️ They’re more refreshing than sweet, full of electrolytes, and have no added sugars/sweeteners. Day 1 of Healthy Summer Treats: 💛🩵Tropical Smoothie Popsicles #summeronshorts
Let’s make healthy 4 ingredient tropical smoothie popsicles as we kick off a new series of healthy summer treats. -2 cups frozen pineapple -1 cup coconut milk -1/2 cup frozen mango or 1/2 banana -1/2 tsp blue spirulina for swirled (or 1 tsp for fully blue popsicles) Combine frozen fruits and coconut milk and blend until smooth, then add spirulina to half to turn it tropical blue. Add to popsicle molds alternating colours then freeze until set, and enjoy! Makes 16 small popsic
