🥥💛 Day 28 of Healthy Summer Treats | 2-Ingredient Healthy Dole Whip


Today we’re making Dole-Whip inspired popsicles! They’re so easy to make, and so much better-for-you!! (Have you SEEN the long list of their ingredients?!?)


Here’s how we’re making ours::

- 3 cups (420g) 🍍pineapple (fresh or frozen)

- 1 cup full fat 🥥 coconut milk


Steps:

► Add to your blender/blender jar & blend until smooth

► Pour into popsicle molds (or if you’d like a scoopable ice cream  instead- pour into ice cube trays)

► Freeze 3-4 hours until frozen, or overnight

► Remove from popsicle molds & enjoy!! Or if you are making scoopable ice cream, put frozen cubes into food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, THEN enjoy! :)
