3-Ingredient Raspberry Sorbet
Let’s make 3 ingredient raspberry sorbet. Add frozen raspberries to a food process0r with maple syrup and lemon juice. Then blend until smooth & creamy. You can enjoy it right away at a soft serve consistency or freeze 20-40 minutes for a scoopable refreshing sorbet. Easy Raspberry Chia Jam
This super easy chia jam comes together in less time than it takes to make your crumpets!! (Or whatever you’re slathering it on!!). AND if you’re trying to up your fibre (hello fibre-maxing trend!), raspberries are one of the highest fibre berries, PLUS we’ve added fibre-packed chia seeds to thicken the jam. Lemon Raspberry Pavlovas
Yesterday we showed you how to make maple lemon curd, so today we’re making pavlovas with the 3 leftover egg whites. These pillowy maple pavlovas are crunchy on the outside, and perfectly chewy & marshmallowy on the inside. Topped with a bright & cheery lemon curd, and raspberry sauce.
