Mincemeat Tart Filling | Dairy-Free/Vegan
(Small Batch – perfect for 1 large tart or 10–12 mini tarts) Sounds kinda weird for a dessert, but it’s really just a fruity filling, packed with a variety of dried fruits like raisins, berries, soaked in a sweet spiked juice. It sits to let the flavours meld, then gets used as a tart filling. 🍫🤎 Day 17 of Health(-ier) Summer Treats | No-Bake Brownie Batter Bark
These no bake-brownie batter bars are SOOOOO chocolatey & delicious, but so simple to make!! Honestly you don’t even have to spread them out and make bars. You can scoop it into a bowl and eat it with a spoon with a sprinkle of choc chips or walnuts on top. Or go nuts and press it out into a pizza crust shape and use it to make a no-bake dessert pizza (that video is coming soon!).
