This was a restock day trip up to London, Ontario that James & I did back in February, to meet a delivery driver from Toronto bringing us Konscious Kitchen products, as well as frozen meals from Riz Gluten-Free. Then we went to Joanie's GF to pick up a restock some of her items that we carry, and pick up some frozen meals from Annie's Seafood up in Stratford.
But we were super early, and got to also sit and eat at The Mule, a 100% Gluten-Free Mexican restaurant. (You HAVE to try the brussel sprout taco! My friend Nat made me try it the first time we went, and OMG, it's so good).
And got to wander around Quarter Master Foods and spot stuff from our friends at Konscious Kitchen!!
