Peanut butter Reese's frozen yogurt bites were amazing! So we're trying it with a date layer for caramel/snickers vibes!! Super easy, and a healthier dessert/sweet treat for the summer.

Recipe:
1 cup yogurt of choice (if you go with plant based yogurt: the thicker the better, for a less icy consistency when frozen)
1/4 cup peanut butter powder (you can totally sub for regular PB or another nut butter here, but I've learned that PB powder is a great way to lower the fat in the final recipe, but still have that strong PB flavour. It also makes the mix thicker.)
1/4 cup peanuts
3 medjool dates, putted and split in half
6 popsicle sticks
chocolate for dipping, melted
more peanuts for garnish
Steps:
Combine yogurt, PB powder/nut butter, and peanuts
Line a tray or cutting board with parchment or plastic wrap, then press each date half flat on the tray, and press a popsicle stick into each
Divide your yogurt mixture on top of the date/stick, then pop in the freezer for a few hours until set
Dip in melted choc, spirnkle with more peanuts, and enjoy!!
These are a great texture/frozenness-level when first made, but if you leave them overnight or longer they will freeze very solid. Let thaw for 10-15min'ish before enjoying. (I like to pull one out while I make my dinner, so it's perfect to eat as a healthy dessert after!)
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
