Forget store bought protein bars. These super clean & simple protein cookie dough bites, take just 4 ingredients and less than 4 minutes to make. If you divide this into 9 balls, each one has about 3.5g of protein.

INGREDIENTS

-1/4 cup unflavoured protein powder*

-1/4 cup nut butter**

-2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice***

-2 tbsp (28g) mini choc chips or finely chopped chocolate****

INSTRUCTIONS:

-Combine all the ingredients & stir until combined

-Scoop into balls (we used a 1 tbsp scoop)

-Chill & store in fridge

-Enjoy!

ALTERNATE SHAPES/METHODS:

SQUARES:

-Press into a small baking dish, top with melted choc chips

-Chill, then cut into bars

-Enjoy!

PROTEIN PB CUPS:

-Scoop into balls, then press into pucks

-Dip in melted chocolate, then chill (for a more classic PB cup look you can build them in cupcake papers, and peel the papers off after they have chilled & set)

-Enjoy!

NOTE:

* if you only have flavoured protein powder, you may want to decrease the syrup, and sub some water so they don’t end up too sweet

**peanut butter or almond butter are both great options for higher protein & lower carbs, but any smooth natural nut or seed butter will work (play around for different flavour combos!)

***you can use maple syrup, honey, etc, or use a sugar-free-syrup for keto/low carb

(vegan/df/sf if desired - we used vegan coconut-sugar sweetened chocolate)

****vegan/df/sf chocolate if desired - we used vegan coconut-sugar sweetened chocolate here since that’s what we always have around.
