Viral Iced Banana Bread Latte
DF/V ✨🍌☕️ The viral banana bread latte off the secret Starbucks menu, but made at home, better-for-you, and vegan, and oh so good!!! Homemade banana milk itself is super good too & a great refreshing summer drink served over ice. Homemade Vegan Banana Milk
I made homemade Korean Banana Milk using oat milk, and maple syrup, so I could try the viral Starbucks Banana Bread Latte. The latte was delicious, but I think the homemade banana milk itself is even better & a great refreshing summer drink served over ice!! This recipe will definitely be on repeat for the summer. It’s also a great way to use up those ripe bananas, when you don’t feel like turning on your oven to make banana bread. Makes a little over 4 cups/ 1 liter Ingredie

2-Ingredient Banana Coconut Macaroons
This is an 2 ingredient recipe I can get behind - Ingredients 1/2 large ripe banana (the other half was too far gone even for banana bread 😅) 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth . Stir in the shredded coconut until it forms a thick, sticky dough. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the baking sheet. Press slightly to shape (they don’t spread much).

Easy Banana Fudge Thumbprint Cookies
Soft & chewy banana cookie, filled with an easy (but delicious!) 2-ingredient fudge. Simple & perfectly sweet. Makes about 8-10 cookies Cookie: 1 cup almond flour, plus more if needed 1 mashed ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp sea salt Fudge: 2 tbsp df/v dark chocolate/chips, melted 2 tbsp almond butter Instructions: Combine mashed banana and almond flour until a dough forms (add a sprinkle more almond flour if your dough is extra wet/sticky) Scoop into ba

Banoffee Pie Bars | Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan, Low-Carb Option
