Day 6 of Healthy Summer Treats: 🍌🥜🍫 Frozen Banana Snicker Bars #summeronshorts

Another no bake treat that went totally #viral on TikTok & instagram last summer, and has earned a place on permanent rotation in our house (one of my kids LOVES these). 🍌🥜🍫


You will need:

-ripe bananas

-nut/seed butter of choice

-chocolate of choice

-crushed/chopped nuts/seeds of choice


These are fun as 1/4 banana pieces, so it’s more like a bar, but also fun if you cut them into coins, and make bite sized ones.


However you slice it, top your pieces of banana with your favourite nut or seed butter (I’m using cashew butter here but PB & almond butter are also delicious here! I switch it up and make it different every time), then top with a drizzle of melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of chopped or crushed nuts.


Then pop them in the freezer until frozen solid and enjoy when you’re craving a yummy frozen treat.


Keep these frozen & eat them from frozen. They will go mushy if defrosted (I just found one in my fridge, ewww…lol)
