Mincemeat Tart Filling | Dairy-Free/Vegan
(Small Batch – perfect for 1 large tart or 10–12 mini tarts) Sounds kinda weird for a dessert, but it’s really just a fruity filling, packed with a variety of dried fruits like raisins, berries, soaked in a sweet spiked juice. Christmas Crack (aka “saltine cracker toffee” or “easy cracker candy”) Yesterday was July 25, aka Christmas in July, aka an excuse to break our some holiday recipes without having to wait until December!! Easy Almond Flour Crackers #glutenfree #vegan
We’re making these today, because it’s July 25, aka Christmas in July, aka an excuse to make holiday recipes like Christmas crack!! (Watch for part 2 for that recipe!) 1 1/2 cups almond flour 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp water 1/4 tsp sea salt Xanthan is optional: you can add 1/4 tsp here for stronger crackers.
