Easy Almond Flour Crackers #glutenfree #vegan

We’re making these today, because it’s July 25, aka Christmas in July, aka an excuse to make holiday recipes like Christmas crack!! (Watch for part 2 for that recipe!)
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp sea salt
Xanthan is optional: you can add 1/4 tsp here for stronger crackers. Since ours were going into Christmas Crack, I didn’t add xanthan
-Combine, and roll to 1/8th inch thick, cut with pastry cutter/pizza cutter/knife as desired
-Bake 350F for 8mins, break apart and flip crackers, and bake for 8 more minutes.
-Alternatively you can microwave these in small batches in 30s bursts for 60-90s, until done.
