Healthy DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte šš

Save yourself from the Starbucks drive-thru, saving yourself time & money and make it healthier!
INGREDIENTS:
-1Ā cupĀ almond milk
-2Ā tbsp pumpkin puree
-2Ā tspĀ maple syrup (sub you fav liquid sweeter for sugar-free version)
-1/2Ā tspĀ pumpkin spice*
-1/2Ā tspĀ vanilla extract
-1/2Ā cupĀ strong brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso
HOW TO:
-We simply combined all the ingredients in a Ninja Blender jar to mix, then you can serve it warm in your favourite mug, or serve over ice for an iced PSL. (You can also just mix this together in a bowl, but we like how the blender makes it extra smooth & frothy)
-Optional: top with whip cream**, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice* or cinnamon and drizzle with some caramel sauce***, etc.
