At 2:27am Monday night, someone "from an unknown Samsung phone" in Mexico hacked my instagram account and managed to get me fully & permanently locked out from both my bakery accounts (insta & facebook) AND my fb recipe account AND my own personal fb (since they were all connected in Meta Business Suite). Only my recipe instagram channel remained...

Long story short, I've created a new fb and a new ig bakery account that you can find here (and maybe a new fb recipe channel later this week...)
