Our Bakery Reno in 2020

Can you believe Mindful BakeHouse has been around for more than 5 years now? AND we are quickly approaching the 5 year anniversary of our LaSalle storefront!!

At this point 5 years ago, we had signed the lease & got the keys, and we’re just starting gutting it. It would take us until Feb 02, 2021 (yay, our opening day!!) to get all the work done, equipment ordered & installed and inspections complete.
