Super easy to make, no bake chocolate PB bars, that taste like a Reese's cup!

BASE LAYER:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup smooth peanut butter (or sub your fav nut or seed butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup (use sugar-free syrup for sugar-free PB bars!)
1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
TOPPING:
1 cup dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free for sugar-free PB bars!)
2 tbsp PB
Combine base ingredients, and spread into a parchment lined 8x8 pan
Freeze base layer while you melt the topping (use 30sec. Bursts in a microwave or use a double boiler)
Spread the chocolate PB layer over the bars, then chill for 2 hours,
Cut into 16, enjoy!!
NOTE: You can cut these much sooner, but the texture is much nicer (less soft & grainy) after sitting for the full 2 hours and the coconut oil sets up.
