Chocolate Dipped Caramel Apple Pops with Crushed Peanuts | Easy Vegan PB Caramel Sauce

With Halloween around the corner, caramel apples are BAAAAACCKKK!! But are you like me and find them difficult to eat? Here's a new fun way to enjoy the same flavours, but much better portioned, and easier to eat. BONUS: theres also a quick recipe for the BEST vegan PB caramel sauce that you just make in a blender.

Simple slice an apple, stick a popsicle stick into it, top with vegan PB caramel (recipe below), chill until caramel thickens, then dip in melted dark chocolate, and sprinkle with your favourite caramel apple toppings like nuts or sprinkles. And enjoy!!

Vegan Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce:

-2 tbsp coconut oil

-2 tbsp peanut butter ( or sub your fav nut/seed butter)

-1/4c maple syrup

-1 tbsp granulated sweetener

-Pinch of salt

Combine and blend until smooth. If it's too runny, you can chill it in the fridge for a bit. The coconut oil will start to set and thicken the sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge.
