Say goodbye to the viral Dubai strawberry cups of summer — and hello to Zupas-style caramel apple dessert cups that are going bonkers this fall.


But we’re giving it a twist — a better-for-you version you can enjoy as a snack, not just a dessert! 💚


🥥 Coconut Crunch Topping (1 serving)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans

  • ½ tsp coconut oil, melted

  • ½ tsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:Mix together, spread on a lined tray, and bake at 325°F for 4–6 minutes, until golden.Let cool — it will crisp up as it cools!


🍯 No-Cook Almond Butter Caramel (makes extra)

  • 3 tbsp almond or cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:Whisk together until smooth and glossy.

💡 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer. Gently reheat before using.


🍎 Apple Layer

  • 1 apple of choice


    Peel if desired, then slice thinly.


🧁 Assembly

  1. In a jar, glass, or bowl, layer sliced apples.

  2. Drizzle with caramel.

  3. Sprinkle with coconut crunch.

  4. Repeat until filled.

  5. Dig in and enjoy your better-for-you fall treat! 🍂
