🥥 Coconut Crunch Topping (1 serving)
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp chopped pecans
½ tsp coconut oil, melted
½ tsp maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:Mix together, spread on a lined tray, and bake at 325°F for 4–6 minutes, until golden.Let cool — it will crisp up as it cools!
🍯 No-Cook Almond Butter Caramel (makes extra)
3 tbsp almond or cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Directions:Whisk together until smooth and glossy.
💡 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer. Gently reheat before using.
🍎 Apple Layer
1 apple of choice
Peel if desired, then slice thinly.
🧁 Assembly
In a jar, glass, or bowl, layer sliced apples.
Drizzle with caramel.
Sprinkle with coconut crunch.
Repeat until filled.
