No gluten, no dairy, no refined sugar — just creamy, dreamy, blueberry cheesecake perfection. Equipment: 6” springform pan or cake ring with bottom wrapped in foil INGREDIENTS Crust: -1/2c pecans -1/2c almond flour -4 medjool dates, pitted -1 tbsp coconut oil, melted -pinch of sea salt Filling: -1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked overnight then drained & rinsed -1 cup coconut cream (from top of a can of full fat coconut milk that has been chilled overnight) -1/2 cup maple syrup -zest

🍋 Iced Lemon Loaf | Healthy Starbucks copycat | Vegan & Gluten-Free

5 Minute 5 Ingredient Healthier Chocolate Sauce 🍫🍨 DF, Vegan, No Refined Sugar
This sauce comes together with 3 main ingredients, in less than 5 minutes when you need a quick chocolate syrup for topping your desserts/ice cream. We’re making this to top our vegan/egg-free/dairy-free fried ice cream (that video is coming soon!!!). Decadent Chocolate Caramel Tarts | gluten-free & vegan
I am a SUCKER for anything chocolate OR caramel, but put them together, and OMG…. Healthy Vegan Snickers Bars
With layers of nougat, caramel, crunchy nuts and chocolate, you’ll LOVE this healthier twist on the classic snickers candy bar. It’s gluten, grain and dairy-free, refined sugar free, vegan, high in protein, and can so easily be made sugar-free/keto/low carb too!!
