This pudding is rich & creamy, high in protein, and secretly healthy - you could eat it for this breakfast (I am!!) And it’s made with tofu! All you do is blend tofu with maple syrup, cocoa powder , vanilla, and salt. Have you been seeing all these 1 or 2 ingredient chocolate mousse recipes too? We tried the water + chocolate recipe, and while it worked, many of you asked if it would work with milk. So let’s see if the milk version is better.
