Do you remember our 2024 chocolate avocado mousse? It was delicious, but since then I’ve added another ingredient: coconut oil - for that smooth, bakery-style texture. No avocado flavour. Just chocolate.
Rich, silky vegan chocolate pudding that actually tastes like dessert 🍫
Chocolate Avocado Pudding 2.0
► 2 ripe avocados
► 1/2 cup almond milk
► 1/2 cup cocoa powder
► 1/3 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice*
► 2 tsp vanilla
► pinch sea salt
► 2 tbsp melted coconut oil✨
Combine in food processor and blend until smooth. Divide into bowls or jars & enjoy!
NOTE *You can easily swap out the maple syrup for a low-carb keto-friendly treat!
