Dairy-Free Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream plus Mix-ins | No pudding mix | Vanilla is vegan!
I couldn't find a Ninja Creami protein ice cream recipe that I could actually eat (they all have pudding mix, whey protein, or fair life milk!), so we came up with our own & they were delicious!! Cookie Dough: 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder (or more almond flour) 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (I used half liquid allulose, half maple syrup) 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips) ► Combine, scoop, eat!!
