Day 2 of Healthy Summer Treats: šŖš«Protein Cookie Dough Bark #summeronshorts

Cookie Dough:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder (or more almond flour)
1/4 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice (I used half liquid allulose, half maple syrup)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips)
Topping:
1 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips)
Flakey sea salt, optional
-Combine cookie dough ingredients and press flat on parchment paper or silicone baking mat
-Melt dark chocolate for topping in the microwave in 30sec bursts and spread over cookie dough
-Sprinkle with flakey sea salt (or omit)
-Pop in the freezer until solid
-Slice or break into pieces and enjoy!!
