🍪🍫 Day 23 of Healthy Summer Treats | Edible Protein Cookie Dough & Choc-Dipped Bites


Cookie Dough:

1 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 cup unflavoured protein powder (or more almond flour)

1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice (I used half liquid allulose, half maple syrup)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips)


► Combine, scoop, eat!! That’s it.

► Want to go EXTRA? Make then into bite-sized balls, and dip them in melted dark chocolate. Pop them into the fridge/freezer until set, THEN enjoy!











Dipping Bites:

1 cup chopped chocolate/chocolate chips of choice (I used dark allulose chips)

1 tbsp coconut oil
