✨Blender Banana Bread


Almond + Coconut Flour | GF • Paleo • DF • Oil-Free


Moist, cozy, and comes together in the blender (so the bananas are perfectly pureed & disappear into the batter - no banana chunks here). Made with almond & coconut flour so it’s gluten/grain-free, naturally paleo, dairy-free, and even oil-free if that’s your jam.


🍌🍫 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

  • 130g / 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp sea salt


  • ½ cup df chocolate chips

  • ½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (or your favorite nut)


🥣 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. Add bananas, eggs, vanilla & maple syrup/honey to a blender

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt

  5. Blend again until just combined

  6. Add chocolate chips & walnuts and pulse just to mix them in OR simply stir them in with a wooden spoon/spatula

  7. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined 9×5 loaf pan

  8. Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean

  9. Cool 20–30 minutes before slicing (or cut early if you don’t care about pretty slices 😉)

  • Store in an airtight container 3–4 days (room temp or fridge)

  • Slice & freeze for easy grab-and-go banana bread anytime 🍞✨
