Almond + Coconut Flour | GF • Paleo • DF • Oil-Free
Moist, cozy, and comes together in the blender (so the bananas are perfectly pureed & disappear into the batter - no banana chunks here). Made with almond & coconut flour so it’s gluten/grain-free, naturally paleo, dairy-free, and even oil-free if that’s your jam.
🍌🍫 Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
130g / 1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup df chocolate chips
½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (or your favorite nut)
🥣 Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F
Add bananas, eggs, vanilla & maple syrup/honey to a blender
Blend until smooth
Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt
Blend again until just combined
Add chocolate chips & walnuts and pulse just to mix them in OR simply stir them in with a wooden spoon/spatula
Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined 9×5 loaf pan
Bake 50–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
Cool 20–30 minutes before slicing (or cut early if you don’t care about pretty slices 😉)
🧊 Storage
Store in an airtight container 3–4 days (room temp or fridge)
Slice & freeze for easy grab-and-go banana bread anytime 🍞✨
Dig in & enjoy!
Save this one — it’s a staple 🤍
