These chocolaty hazelnuty no bake oat energy balls will be giving you ferrero rocher vibes, but in healthier oat/granola ball form. They’re also gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free & vegan. I was obsessed with my 3-ingredient flax bread and making it on repeat, but with a few more ingredients, and only a couple extra steps (but without the kneading and messy hands!!), this has quickly become my new fav. Yes, the flattened croissant is totally worth the hype! We finally made one, but gf/df/v. Gluten-free croissants ARE a little fragile, so it was trickier, but in the end it turned out delicious.
