No Knead, Fluffy Keto Flax Bread



I was obsessed with my 3-ingredient flax bread and making it on repeat, but with a few more ingredients, and only a couple extra steps (but without the kneading and messy hands!!), this has quickly become my new fav. It’s SOOOOO fluffy.


INGREDIENTS

►230g ground golden flaxseed, ground

►18g psyllium husk powder

►16g baking powder

►1/2 tsp sea salt

►180g egg whites (from about 6 large eggs)

►2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

►1 cup (240mL) tap hot water


  1. Blender dry ingredients super well (I let mine run for 60seconds) then transfer to a mixing bowl.

  2. Add egg whites & apple cider vinegar

  3. Add hot water & stir until combined (it’s a very wet dough at this point)

  4. Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan and bake at 350F for 60 minutes

  5. Let cool a few minutes then transfer loaf to a wire rack to cool fully

  6. Then slice & enjoy!
